While the Wedola team supports the platform itself, I support you in making sure your new system reflects how your business actually works.

Before we start anything, we’ll jump on a call together to:

  • Understand your business

  • Map your client journey

  • Identify bottlenecks or unnecessary steps

  • Simplify your workflow

  • Define what actually needs automating (and what doesn’t)

By the end of your CRM Set-Up Day, you’ll have:

  • All of your existing clients inputted in the system

  • Automations that support (but don’t complicate) your process

  • Easy to use email templates preloaded and ready to send

  • Reduced manual admin

  • A system you understand and can confidently use

We’ll jump on a call together to talk through your process, your needs and what you already have in place. If you decide to go ahead, we’ll pick a date, you don’t need to be with me all day but I do need you around for verification codes and any quick questions!

You spend some time gathering all of the information I need, I’ll send you a complete list but this usually includes log ins, a map of your process start to finish (this can be as messy as you need!) your packages, terms and conditions, branding and photos etc.

On the agreed day, I set up or transfer all of your clients, your documents and set up the automations to help things flow smoothly for you. I’ll test that everything is working and then I’ll send you a video walk through explaining exactly where to find everything and how to make any edits you might need to in the future.
