Hey, I’m Alice, welcome to Of Moon and Stars!

As a small business strategist, I work alongside you streamline your strategy, create aligned systems, improve your operations and bring calm and clarity to your business. I help you move from overwhelmed to back in control through focused strategy and hands-on support.

Together, we’ll grow your business without it costing you the life you built it for.

How I can help you

“Alice is the first person I’ve worked with on my business who really gets me. She is professional, reliable and honest and I love that.”

Individual Support, Magical Results

Strategy that starts with listening.

I believe you deserve support that is as unique as you are, so I won’t just take you through another generic framework. I’ll spend time getting to know you and your business, understanding what makes you glow, and what makes you shiver, and creating strategy with that in mind. Think of me as a business partner in your pocket, someone to help with the tough decisions, challenging you when you need it, helping you to understand the why and cheering you on when it all works.

I primarily work with female-led, purpose-driven businesses who value making a positive impact. Whether you’re based in Cambridgeshire or anywhere across the UK, I’m here to support you to grow your business in alignment with your beliefs and help you do what you love most.
